Im not real seasoned in this stuff at all and definatley not into the lighting aspect of things... Ive never tried corals and stuff and very anxious to try... But Ive seen discussions on here about lighting they say 5 - 10 watts per gallon would be high lighting.... BUT... I have a 30 and I bought one of the sattelite things which has 2 lights in there and it said on the box 65 watts but is that both lights together one is actinic and one is regular well plus the moonlight... But my ? is do I have a high volume of light, medium, or is it low ????? Im confused the way I see it I have almost 5 watts per gallon but I may be wrong ??? And either way is that enough lighing for an anenome ????? I appreciate the help....

If its 65watts that would be low lighting and approx 2 watts per gallon. You could probly get away with keeping mushrooms. They may not thrive but they will live.

Four 75w VHO bulbs would probably be ok for the lower light anemones like BTAs. You usually need to build your own light kit with VHO bulbs though. This involves buying or building a wooden canopy and then buying and installing a ballast and bulb endcaps.
