Hi all!
How long should i keep my vho's and MH's on? should i have my vhos on before the mh's?

Hi,
I don’t know anything about VHOs. I run my actinic a half hour before my MH lights go on and an hour after they are off. My MH lights are on 10 hours each day.

That's almost my schedule. I run the actinics for about an 1 before and after the halides. The halides run for 7 hours. Then it's all moon lights once all those lights go out.
