Lighting schedule?

Hey guys im just wondering what your schedule is for your lights? I just got a few free frags of pom pOm xenia and i currently run my lights from 4-6pm... Is that good?

i dont know what kind of lighting you have but here is what i have for my schedule...
Metal Halide= 9am-6pm
t5 = 5pm-7pm
