Lighting Suggestion

I just won a VHO ballast on ----. It will power 2 48" 110W tubes. I also have a NO lighthood with 2 - 40W tubes in it. Together I will have 300W.
I am planning on using one for 10000K daylight tubes and one for Actinic tubes. Which should I use for each? Do I want more watts as Actinic or more watts as 10000k?
Is 300W going to be enough for my 75gallon tank?
Thanks

What kinds of corals and other photosynthetic animals would be in the tank? And the NO lighting is just about nothing, so those watts don't even count. Not bright enough.

I would eventually like to pick up another VHO ballast and then I'd have all VHO, but for now I figured 300W was better than 80W.
I hope to eventually have some "easier" to keep corals. Not really planning anything fancy...right now anyway... :)

well what i would do is have on vho 6500k and 1 actinic. the 6500k has the highest "par" out of all the bulbs out there and the 10k is the whightest. its on the yellow side of the spectrum though.
but thats my $.02
