Lighting suggestion?

Ok, just ordered a workhorse 7 ballast, with powercord and 4 waterproof lamp holder pairs.
Now, the quetion is, what combination of bulb should I use?
50/50's? 20,000k? 10,000k? actininc? 5,000k? 6,000K?
Also, I know the t5's are supposed to be alot better, should I go with those instead of the standard bulbs?
BTW, I plan on getting mostly soft corals, polyps and such. Dont know about clams, but possibly starfish. I'll be using 36" bulbs.

Loco If I remember correctly you said you were using T5's. Where do you buy your bulbs???? I cant find any online.

I mix white actinic with super actinic and like the look very much.
