Hello everybody... new to saltwater.. I have two 48" compact flourescent twin tube hoods that are 120 volts 110 watts and 60hz. I only have one hood on right now that has 10k bulbs. I know I want a bluer look so I was thinking about buying the 50/50 bulbs that are half blue half white. Are there any thought or suggestions on those bulbs? Should I buy those for the second hood and run both at the same time? My soft coral and fish are doing well right now and I'm planning on sticking with soft corals for a while. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated!
