Lighting System for a 100 gallon FOWLR

Hello,
I need to buy a lighting system for a 100 gallon FOWLR - the tank contains:
Blue Faced Angel (3 inch)
Harliquen Tusk (3 inch)
Yellow Tang (3 inch)
Dog Faced Puffer (3 inch)
Blue Jaw Trigger (3 inch)
How watts are recommended and anyone what to suggest a type?

I guess it depends on what you want to do but i've been looking into a 50/50 lighting system, not sure if anyone has used them but from what i've read it seems pretty good for fowlr.

I don't want to do anything more than what I am doing - FOWLR with the fish above.... Anyone recommend Wattage for the lighs?

Its a fish only. Just run some t-5 or t-8 strips.

I have a 125 gallon FOWLR. I have 3 chromsis's, 2 clownfish, yellow tang, blue hippo tang, 6 line wrasse, sunrise dottyback, 1 chocolate chip starfish, 8 turbo snails and 4 emerald crabs. I use 4 36" T-8 lights. 2 lights are Marine-Glo actinic and 2 lights are 10,000 K. Seems to work great for me.

If you're never planning on keeping corals it really doesnt matter what kind of lighting you use.
