Lighting System Purchase

Here is the deal: I just (finally) got a job.
That means ONE thing (other than the fact that I can now afford food): I can now buy real lighting.
If you had alloted $400.00 to spend on lighting, what would you buy for a 60 gallon tank?
I want to start planning now because it'll take me awhile to save up that 400 bucks lol (even with the job).

MH will allow you to keep pretty much anything you want, but they will run you 400 easy. You could also consider VHO's or PC lighting.

I am thinking VHO. With maybe a 150 watt MH bulb.
Possibly a three lamp 36" setup that would give me about 285 watts (not including the MH if I go that route) w/ 10k a 6,500k and an actinic. That would give me just under 5 watts per gallon with money to spare.
I also need to consider cooling... so that costs a little more.
