Lighting Upgrade

I bought new lights online and would just like to know some opinions on what I can keep as far as coral with them. It's an upgrade for me from the basic florescent bulbs you get with a typical pet-store hood.
I'm thinking It'll need stronger bulbs, but I don't know

$60 was hard to pass up.

maybe mushrooms or gsp,but with out individual reflectors no lps or sps

That's cool, gsp and shrooms are cool. The LPS will be when I get into a bigger tank and a MH I'm looking at.
As long as this lighting will allow for something then it was well worth the $60..ha ha
