that is the description of my metal halides i would like.im not sure yet what amount of lighting i want.this comes in one hood.does this sound good?

on paper it looks ok and should work, only thing is i would want to know what kind of reflector it comes with for the halides, who makes the ballasts and which bulb options you have

you can get either 2 175 watts(5.5k,10k,14k,20k)
2 250 watts(10k,12k,14,20k)
or a 400 watt one but im not going to get 400 watts.
it says High Quality electro-white reflector which is the only thing i can find about the reflectors.
