I have new mh lights that came in a pendant that hangs above the tank. I would like to add two VHO's but have a question about placement. The MH's are 12 inches above the water but I would like the VHO's to be around 3 inches above. If I place the VHO's so they are not directly under the MH's would the VHO's still block some of the MH's light from reaching the tank? :notsure:

id put the vhos at the same distance away as the mh, they dont penetrate as far into the water as mh

That's why I would like to place the VHO's closer then the MH pendants. Thanks for the reply.
