alright first my tank is a 30 gallon and i want to get the right lighting what should i get, second do i need to get a whole no fixture for the right lighting

Are you asking because you want an Anemone? Clownfish don't need any special lighting but Anemone do best with MH.

IMHO, at least 200 watts and put him right at the top. But with the money to buy that, you can just about buy an mh retrofit.

The MH retrofit? You will need a canopy for that.

You mean as in it came with the setup, NO. MH bulbs will not go in normal output fixtures and would melt the plastic that its made from, and they require large ballasts to power them. You could stick a MH pendant over a 30 if you like. Hang it from a chain or something.
