Hey, kinda new to saltwater fish. First I would like to know if there are guidelines as to what is considered low/moderate/high water flow and lighting in respect to what certain fish and corals need. Second can anyone recommend a good 24" power compact lighting system or looking to sell one?

There are guidelines as far as low moderate and high water flow in corals. Depending on what kind of corals you buy, you need to know where to put them in your tank, low in the tank for less light, middle of the tank, for moderate light, and so on.
Coral life sells a great power compact 24" moonlight system. I think www.bigalsonline.com has it for sale. You can also check with www.webaquatics.com. I have the 48" and am very happy with it.

Reef Junkie, FYI you are not allowed to post links to other sites on the forum. It is in the user agreement when you sign up. Just thought you'd like to know.

Fish really dont need certain amts of lighting, only corals and other marine life do. And it depends on the species of coral. For example, polyps, mushrooms would need lower lighting requirements than hard stony corals which would need a lot or clams which also need a lot of light.
