440 watts of VHO. Or you can go with the best and get like 2x250 watts double ended metal halides, then you can also keep clams and sps.

Do you have to supplement the metal halide hqi's.

You don't really HAVE to, but it is just personal preference I think. Depends on how blue or white you like it.

Will coral grow quicker with a supplemented light. And can you only do that with hqi's or and metal halides.

It isn't a lot of light for anemones, but it could work. Just put the anemone as close to the light as possible and feed it every other day. You may also want to get a bubbl-tip anemone because they don't require as much light as some other anemones.
