Lighting ????????????????

Hi,
I have a 55 gal that will have about 50-70 lbs of LR. I want enough light to accomodate stony corals, clams, and maybe an anenome. I was thinking of getting an icecap 660 ballast and running 4 vho bulbs ( 48"). would this be adequate? How many watts do I need? Any help would be great.

Stony corals = Metal halides in many cases.
Clams = Metal halides
Most anemonies = Metal halides, except BTA's and Haitians, some LTA's.

Two metal halides with 150 or 175 watts a piece. Additional PC or VHO atinic supplements if you want.

most people feel for every 2 feet of tank length you should use 150 watts of mh light.

thanks for all the help. I think I am going to go with dual 175 mh and probably dual vho's. Should I go with PFO?
