No, they aren't. There is some good info in the Archieves on Lighting.

How big is your tank?
if it's not that big/deep, 130 watts of light is plenty to keep a good amount of soft corals and lps corals as well as low light demanding anemones.
I'm not sure how much light a sabae requires though.
You also won't be able to keep any clams or SPS coral.

i have a 29gal with 3 percula clowns 1tomato clown 2blue damsel 1black damsel and 2pounds of live rock imma get more sunday!!

mY 3 PERCULA AND BLACK DAMSEL AND ONE OF THE BLUE DAMSEL GET ALONG BUT MY TOMATO AND BLUE DAMSEL DONT GET ALONG WITH THE OTHER FISHES SO I PUT MY TOMATO CLOWN IN A BREEDING NET AND THE BLUE ONE STAYS THERE SINCE MY BLACK DAMSEL GET THE PERC CLOWNS BAC WHEN THE BLUE TTRIED TO ATTACK THE BLACK DAMSEL COMES AND LURE HIM AWAY.THE BLACK AND THE 3PERC CLOWN ARE BUDDIES..hOW DO I POST PICS??
 
Sorry to crash your post but I have a coralife power compact 130 watt two month old for $80.00 shipped just look at the classified.

um just go underneath your post and it says Manage Attachments, then you just pick one from your harddrive. It probably will be too big so just use www.photobucket.com free way to organize your photos and resize them, then once you get them in there, copy the third link, then click the add picture button underneath [Size] on this Reply post screen thing and then paste the third link there.
