depends on what you want to keep and how much you are willing to invest. You have a variety of choices and combinations; Metal Halide, PC's, VHO, & T5.

is this two different thing or i need them both? and its about 5 feet

I meant them to go together. You can leave out the VHO actinics if you don't want them, but then you might want to go with 20kk MH bulbs instead.
On a 5-footer, 3x250 watt DE MH with 2x140 watt VHO actinics would be great, but again, you don't have to have the actinics.

i brought 2x65 130 watts just 4 my 20 gal 4 100 buck off *Illegal Site Reference*, over 700 watts i know its gonna hit me.

It would probably be cheaper to build it yourself, buying the housing, reflector, ballasts, bulbs, sockets, etc. all seperately. I'd estimate it'll cost around $700-900. Coralife does make a fixture called the Aqualight with 3x150 watt DE MH + 4x96 watt PC, but the SPS wouldn't grow as fast under the 150s. Also, it's a foot longer than your tank.
