ya the t-5s are very dull when it comes to there actinics because they just came out with there first real actinic but the actinic plus is the nicest blue light ive ever seen

Again as mentioned could be the bulbs, could be poor reflector choice as well, but either way I'd put my VHO's up against any PC 03's and wouldn't even touch them......

I never said PCs were comparable to VHOs, just T5s.
As I said twice before, VHOs are by far the best actinic.

I'd still put up PC's against my buddies T5's and wouldn't think twice about PC's.....bottom line use what you like, but don't see any sense or even a the long term of PC's staying in use much longer.....
