I have had a 37 Gal tall for about 1 year now. Im going to add some corals soon,. Should I go with 175 watt or 250 mh?

go w the 175w. 250 is a bit much for that tank besides heating issue. it all depends on the depth of ur tank. if its less than 18 inches, go w 175.
