Lighting.

Hi all! I have a 75 gallon bow tank and have a question about my lighting. Currently I have a T5 bulbs with 1-10k and 1- actinic blue bulb. Is this lighting enough to support anemones? We have cycled our tank for many weeks getting it perfect and have added crabs and snails to eat the bad algae blooms. We have spaghetti worms and purple macro algae blooming on our LR. I am ready to add some fish. I want to start off slow and was thinking a clown and anemone but not sure about my lighting with an anemone… Should I switch out the blue light for another 10k?

Sorry but no. To support anemone is the same as supporting SPS coral you need the best lighting as possible. If you want T5's then you would need 6 bulb fixture with individual reflectors or a two LED fixtures with 3watt diodes.

Aqua illumination Vegas or SOL; ECO Tech "Radon"; Maxspect "Razor"; Apollo Reef UV5000 and there is a new chines LED fixture that just came out Reef Breeders. There plenty more but the first 4 I have look into and all are good but have there advantages and disadvantages.

I absolutely agree with Shawn with the prices of Radion.
I went with diy and it was only the fraction of the cost and it's highly customizable and made exactly to your likings.
Rapid LEDs have great cree setups for sale that's both soldering or non soldering methods and if you are bit more handy, you can go with bridgelux design that requires soldering.

I went with Atlantic Sunlite light fixtures they are local to me. On a 150gal tank I have been using there 270 watt fixtures two of them and everything in the tank is Happy Happy.
