Lighting!

Hi All! So I have a 29 gallon biocube, it has 10,000k 36 watt day lighting, and Im not completely sure about the moonlights, but I was wondering what acticnics are, Im only 16 and have had this tank for a year its pretty well established, and all the levels are normal but I was just wondering what all the lights I have are and I was wondering what time of day I should turn them all on, I have timers for all my lights but im not sure if they are on too long, too short, or what. So if all you experts could help me that would be great! Thanks guys!

so should I have my moon lights on? all I have now is the acticnics and day lights. also what times should they be on

I run my actinics for 12 hours and my 12,000k for 8-10 hours. Moon lights are just for effect "at night"

I do 10 and 12 i leave the moons all the time
