the LR, depending on how cured it is, might cycle the tank by its self. Don't use fish to cycle though, its a waste of money. If i were you I would just throw a raw piece of shrimp in your tank with the LR. Also before you go to far you might want to consider live sand instead of gravel or curshed coral. Do a search and read up on this forum.

i totally agree with the above reply. I know its cheaper cause u already have it but its better to go right even if its more$$ the first time.Cuase if the gravel doesnt work out its going to kick u ijn the ass when u have every thing in the tank and setup!
