lighting?

this doesn't have to do with reef tanks but i figured you guys were the light experts. i have my standard fluorescent light on until 10:00 at night then it shuts off, if i have other lights on in the room that my tank is in after 10:00 pm are they powerful enough to affect my tank or does it seem like moonlight?

Moon light---- No. But it will calm everybody down, kinda like tucking them in at night.

what about if the lights in the room get turned on, say an hour after the thank lights have been turmed off, will that stress the fish?
