How much lighting do I need for a FOWLR 29gal tank? Right now I have 18 watts of 50/50 reef sun and thought about getting another 18 watt 50/50 reef sun bulb?

What you have is fine. If you think adding light will make it look better then go for it

There is no specific amount of light needed for a FOWLR tank as long as no corals are added. Just light it the way you like it. HTH
