Lights...Again

Hi All,
My wife and I are new to marine fishkeeping. We recently purchased Nova Extreme 48"(4x54w incl. 2 Actinic) for our 40g FOWLR long tank. The problem is that any jostling of the fixture (e.g. water changes) causes at least one or more t5's to go out. We've tried to tighten them; reinstall them all to no avail.
Does anyone have any tips?
Thanks,
dennis

Thanks Socal57che. I just sent a note to Current USA.

If it's covered, you may as well have them fix it on thier dime as opposed to opening it up to secure a poor connection and possibly void your warranty. But that might be easier than sending it to them if that's what they ask for. If it costs $60 to ship it, you may as well open it up and find the loose connection yourself. I have a Current fixture and am very happy with the quality, although they seem to cut corners where the bulbs are concerned.
