Lights Cannot Fit

We just tried to mount our t5's on our new tank when we realized that the mounting brackets that clamp on the side of the tank will not work with our glass canopy. Light fixture is a 48'' GLO while the tank is a 40g Perfecto. Any suggestions?

how about getting rid of the glass tops? if you have jumpers you can get other things to keep them in, but IMO glass tops prevent evaporation too much.
