my lights are flickering very badly. i just put in some sand, i dont know if thats why but they have never done this before. is there anything i can do to fix it?

What kind of lights do you have? Do they require a starter? Are they flockering all the time or just when you start them up?

it was the bulbs. sorry i took so long to respond. i didnt think anybody would respond.

No problem so long as they are fixed or replaced.
Sure people will respond, ya just got to give the people who work and get online time to respond. Generally people respond pretty quick. I would have responded quicker if I had seen the note. Sorry about that.
