Lights off for 24 hrs?

I have to take an unplanned trip out of town today. I will be gone overnight. I have found that my timer that I had (I didn't have it hooked up before today) is not functioning. Is it safe to leave my lights off, leaving only the moon lights on for 24 hours? I don't really have anyone I could ask on such short notice to flip the lights on/off.
I have a 75 gallon, with anemones (carpet and pink tipped), xenia, candy cane coral, and mushrooms.

i did three days to get rid of cyano and everything was fine
