Lights? VHO or PC

What lights do you use?
I use 4 55watt pc on my 29 gallon.

I have a 29gal, and use 3 VHO (2 actinic, 1 aquasun). Never tried a PC. sam

55 reef with 4x65 watt pc's & 2x110 watt vho(03 actinic).....works well for me

72g two 175mh 10k and 2 40w atinics and 1 40w daylight.
10g one 32w smartlamp and will be adding one 13w smartlamp.
