Love mine and have not had a problem with it yet. Before 2006 they had problems but seem to have fixed them. I have one on my 35 gallon tank.
I have had the 48" 4 x 65w model and have had no prob. I've had them for a year or so. Got them really cheap off the 'net. If they break I'll go get another set. I'm ready to go to higher wattage anyway, just can't seem to part with the$$.
i just orderd the 48inch 4x65 today. im pretty pumped about it - a dude at ***** actually told me about a site i could buy them off of... im not sure if i can post it so if anyone is curious PM me.
