I bought my tank from a friend who has had it up and running for a couple of years. I have seen in other post that lighting is important for Algae control. What are the best bulbs to by for an aqarium. I do not have any live rock. Fish and inverts...

First describe your tank and also figure out what you want to do with it. Im assuming you want to get corals?
If you want to start a reef find a decent book at the library and read up on a couple of things first. Or you could get a friend who lives 5 minutes from you to help you
