I'm going to start a small reef tank and i was wondering what kind of lights i should get but i dont want to spend a lof of money on lights.

you could do some PC lighting or go to 2 75 watt VHO over the top - you will not be sorry!! You can also find a 96 watt PC 50/50 style bulb that goes over the 20 nicely!
