Can you get corals with a 300 watt haligen light? Some one told me that you can get corals if you have haligen lights. thanks.If i can im going to put 2 of them over the 125.

I Can still put them over the tank even if i dont get coral n/c its going to be aggressive? They are bright and will make my tank shine!

Bang guy, The kind i have is pure white. I just held it above my 40 and it was neat!

would a 500 watt halogen be better? Or just the same thing? I was looking for medium light to get corals with. My dad had the lights in our basement.

I aqree and also you shouldn't put agressive fish with coral because they put off so much waist so you'd have to have one heck of a skimmer and other filtration to keep the trates down.

The 125 is going to be agreesive. The 40 is going to told the clown and damsle, maybe a reef i get the lights. I might get a $2 set of zoos and just try it. ( my last experiment with the puffer worked) Hes now full saltwater!
