Ligthing Category

I've noticed that light requirements for fish, corals, anemones, etc. are categorized in "low, medium, and high." I have a 55W 10000K and a 55W 10000K Atinic power compact in a 20H tank. Which category is my ligthing in? I need to know so I'll know what can survive in my tank.

Your lighting is somewhere in the medium range by what you are considering. Lighting is not really rated that way though. Even if you went to a higher wattage per gallon if you never installed MH's then you wouldnt really get high rated lighting. It has to doo with kelvin and lumens and wattage.
