I read today that the whatever is dropping on suing ppl for illegal downloading music... Costing them more in courth than the punishments.
Now there going after something. I cant remember I was half asleep when I read it

there are legal sites out there that you have to pay to DL from...

I am not sure what everyone's problem is.

Disccusing the legality of a website or issue is perfectly permissible. I have written major research papers on the issue and even conducted a survey on the forum about the issue.
However, now, I am going to close the thread because unfortunately, the original poster deleted the first post, and the thread derailed into bad-mouthing SWF.com and its policies..
