hey I was looking around as to where to get "legal" free music downloads and I came across Lime wire. Anyone use this and if so is it "Legal" and is it a good software?

friend does and puts his songs he gets off there for free on to itunes and so he doesnt have to pay a dollar a song:yes:

Well I have LimeWire and I think it is great. It slows your computer down a LOT but it is worth it. You can download song or game or whatever you want to try and find.
I think it is great!

I got a virus from the time when i downloaded it. That was the last time ill ever download music software.

p2ps like limewire and morpheus are nothing but virus cess pools. Not only that but half the songs you download on there will have something wrong with them, not to mention a guaranteed virus. I hope you take my advice. goodluck
