Yes, a pretty simple way too. Here's what I did to wean my dwarf zebra off live foods.
Fed him for a week, every day, live food. I gave him a few small guppies a day for the whole week, so he was stuffed. Then I didn't feed him the second week, at all.
The first day of the third week, I dangled some krill in front of him and he attacked it. Then i put in another piece without a feeding stick and it moved around in the powerhead flow and he nailed that one too. The third piece floated to the bottom and he looked at it an lost interest.
So I waited a few more days, and now when I put krill anywhere near the surface he comes to the top. As soon as I let it go he nails the surface.
Try this and see how it works.
