Lionfish ID

I took this picture of a lionfish at the aquarium in Cancun, MX and I was wondering whether it was a sepcific type of lionfish because his coloration (black/white) was very pretty. Any ideas and, if so, where can I get one for my new tank?

It is a Black Volitan...... Volitans have spots on the fins unlike the Russell's Lion.
