Lionfish with snails

Will turbo snails, bumble bee snails and dwarf hermit crabs be safe with 4 inch volitan lionfish? I have a 60 gallon tank with the lion and 3 medsize starfish but algea has become a real problem. I would like to get a clean up crew but am worried about buying all kinds of snails and crabs and them all being eatin. Also i know for an adult 60 gallons is to small but i am planning on giving him to the lfs in a month or 2. Thanks for any reply and if anyone knows a certain type of algae eater that would be good your opinion would be greatly appreciated.

I have a fuzzy dwarf lion with multiple hermits and snails and they are fine.

hermits will/might be fine. Every fish is different, but should be ok.
Definately do not go
with
decorator
mithrax (emerald)
pom pom
etc. you get the idea.

HEHEHEHEHEHEHE Sorry Wade, just trying to help.

How does this list of inverts sound.
2 Blue leg reef crabs
4 trocus snails
3 bumble bee snails
11 zebra hermit crabs
2 halloween hermit crabs
3 orange foot snails
1 pincushion urchin
Does anybody forsee any problems in the tank now is a 5 inch lionfish and 3 small sized chocolate chip stafish and it is 60 gallon with 40lbs live rock with lots of algae.

well i splurged i think i may have messed up i was shopping online and got a little out of control. im not sure if im going to have to get rid of my lion prematurly or if everything will work out but this is what i bought.
2 blue leg hermits
4 trocus snails
3 bumble bee snails
11 dwarf zebra snails
2 halloween hermit crabs
3 orangefoot snails
1 pincushion urchin
1 longspine urchin
1 yellow brittle star
1 copperband butterfly
and finnaly 1 starfish unknown it looks like a choclate chip except its purple and orange how badly over stocked am i all of the things i bought are tiny. In my tank now is the lion and 3 small stars that are all similar to choclate chip except various colors. I have a 60 gallon with 40lbs lr 1 marineland emperor 400 and a filstar xp3 also i have a live sand bed.

Ohh wow i had no idea about. Do they usually get more predatory when they get big or are the snails and crabs at risk now the starfish is about 4inch

Will the yellow brittlestar and the copperband butterfly be ok atleast. Im really bumed the fish are coming in the morning and all i can think about is how i just wasted 110 bucks.

The butterfly will be ok if:
he is eating when he arrives (not brine shrimp)
the tank is well established 6 months or older.
The CC star will all the sudden start munching down on inverts so be careful. Not to sure about the yellow brittle, they are faster than the CC so should be ok.
