Thanks to those that replied about what to feed my new lionfish. It was awesome to see how fast he snatched up the shinner I put in the tank yesterday. But... nobody responded to HOW OFTEN I need to feed him. 1 a fish week, everyother day,?? He is about 5-6 inches long. Thanks!

You can feed himevery other day, or smaller amounts everyday -- whatever he seems to be more comfterble with

i used to feed mine 2 to 3 times a week about 1 or 2 feeders a time ..

You really should limit the amount of live food for your lionfish & try frozen meaty stuff once in a while. Most hobbyists think its cool but overfeeding lionfish is one of their downfalls.
