Little Clearish White Bugs

Hey,
in my sump there are little bugs going around on the algae and glass in my sump
any ideas, what they are? will they hurt anything,

Those should be very good things called scuds or pods. They are very beneficial to have and populate on their own. They should make it up into your DT, where your fishes can eat them. You pretty much cannot have too many of them. It's hard to tell from the pic - but I've seen thousands of little clearish/white tiny shrimp type bugs in my tanks, and they are great to have (if that;s what yours indeed are)

The pic is a bit too blurry to tell but it resembles a Munnid Isopod.
