Little creatures eating algea

I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out what these little creatures i have just found eating a piece of algea that fell from the lettuce clip.
they are so tiny, and almost see through, that they are hard to get a pic of them. Right now my best description and nickname i will give them is "tiny sperm"
Please help.

probably a pod of some sort, copepod, lithopod, etc.

I have just looked up on-line what a copepod was, and taking a better llok a the creatures, i believe that is wat they are.
Are they safe ??????

yes, safe and beneficial. Some of your fish will enjoy them as a very good meal.
