Little Critters..

Yes, I am that vague that I have to call them my critters.. Here is a crummy picture of one. They are teeny tiny little 'things'. The twitch around really weird, and when I hold a flashlight to the glass, they hover around it like crazy. They almost look like two tiny little eyeballs with a tail. I'm not that unintelligent, I would think that they were fry, however, I have no idea how or why fish would be in my tank, considering I've never had any in there before. Any ideas?

sounds like it could be a pod of some sort or mysis shrimp both are good though.

They definately aren't pods. Most of the pods I've experienced aren't free "swimming" like these are.

try a search for mysis and see if thats what they are. the eyes thing is what makes me lean towards mysis shrimp.

either way, its interesting... I want to start my tank over again... lol. well next time instead of a 75g DT my sump will be the 75 and my DT will be 150... lol
