greetings, i'm a first time user to this or any message board. I have a 75 gallon tank with some tangs, clowns, mandarin, inverts and coral. lately i have noticed some very small white starfish climbing up the glass. i don't see them everyday but a couple of times a week. the other thing i noticed is that they appear to have 6 arms instead of 5. does anyone out there have the same sort of thing and do they ever get bigger.

the arms will be all different too. They are hardy, but fragile, that is you will see them missing an arm, or have a half an arm a lot. But from everything I have ready they are good for the tank, but they are full grown

Search the hitchhiker threads. I think they are Asterina starfish. I have alot of those star fish too and I dont think they grow any larger. Do a search on hitchhikers.
