I have these little volcano looking white things with tiny hairs growing all over my live rock...could someone please ID for me...thanks

does anyone or can anyone have/show me a pic of an xmas worm. Does anyone know what they do/don't do?

They filter feed just like other fan worms. I have some that live in a Porties coral.

I have been looking up XMas tree worms since u guys made the suggestion and I don't think that is what they are. I have had those growing on my snails before and all over my tank now...My live rock is really just now starting to sprout its own stuff and these things look kinda like a tiny almost transparent sponge?? Like a roller when painting, really small, with little hairs at the top where the little circle openning is. Some are by themselves and others are in with a little group of 2 or more....now what
