I said you were a Jerk and I stand by it. 100%!!!!!!!

Well perhaps he was wrong in how he approached it but hes 100% right. It is her fault for being misinfromed. The information is plentiful and she chose not to look for it. All the questions she is asking are the ones she should have asked before she bought any fish. These are living breathing creatures and the proper steps should be taken before buying them. Six months is nothing you are a newbie. The fact you dont know what ich is proves this. The first step is taking responsibility for your mistakes. Any tang in a 55 is going to have problems. The general rule is if something dies dont just replace it, find out why it died. Im guessing you dont go into a lfs and pick out sick looking fish. Therefore, in most cases, the fish was healthy before being placed in your tank. My suggestion is, read. look through the boards and find out what is wrong with your tank. Do the actual research required for these fish and then if you finally think you can handle it, go for it. I know im wasting my time because you are going to do what you want anyway. In fact, im sure that because im saying you arent ready you are going to try to prove everyone wrong by buying yet another doomed fish. If you cant keep clownfish alive, dont buy tangs. Babysteps. Buy some testkits.

The Only thing i agree with you is to the fact,, MAYBE just MAYBE i should have not singled out this particular person, But i felt like venting because i read this kind of thing here daily Whos fault is it? i its not her fault? Thier was no prior research done or this person had no idea what they were getting into PERIOD. Whos screaming? Not me! im just making statements. WHo are YOU? to judge! Starved for attention? How do you figure? "PUH LEASE" becasue i made a statement and commented on your response? NO ONE is incinuating that this is the way everyone acts on this site, you seem to think that you night have the faintest clue of what people think or how they act on this site and that you might have the authority to speak for them. IM ASSURING YOU, YOU DO NOT! and that you can take to the bank 100%
oh and by the way!!!! I HAVE had salt water tanks since 91', so you havinf your "NEW" tank for a year, YOU ARE A NEWBIE as well! NUFF SAID lol

i never denied the fact that i'm a newbie to saltwater aquariums. i'll be the first to beg for advice when i've got slime climbing up my glass. as for judging, all i was trying to say was lay off a little. you have to admit you were being quite brutal to this person who is new to the boards. and i do see that you have acknoweledged the fact you were a bit "Rough". good for you. we're all proud.
btw. what's up with the vocabulary? "PUH LEASE", "Thank you TEAM". Come on...TEAM? Get real. This isn't little league. You remind me of that girl from "Van Wilder" who was in the sorority and was obsessed with the DIKs.

Team is refering to "team2jndd" who made some comments agreeing with my statements. Im not going to resort to name calling, or bad movie quotes to get my message across. Let in goooo green, talk about venting,, lol. Dont you have something else to do on your day off from selling all of those nice VW's?

what can i say? when it's over, it's over.
to be honest, it's not my day off. i'm just so bored. no one is coming in here due to races going on about 2 blocks away at the speedway. nothing better to do, i guess, but i'm about done. we had fun. that's all that matters
did get out of control there. sorry...

No harm no foul, I admit it was my initial approach to this newbie that started this little fiasco. You made your point, I made mine. So i guess now we have to agree to disagree. CHEERS.
