Little white critters

Okay,I'll try to explain these due to the fact that I can't get a good enought pic.I have these white critters that walk along the glass,there very small but still can see them if your up against tank.Slim white body with legs,and I have these pods of white balls,somewhat like coccoons on my powerheads which I think these came from.What are these?thanks
