Little White Fuzzy things??

I have noticed that there are small tiny white "polyp looking" things all over my lr. some look like small little cotton strans, although some actually have tenicle looking arms, almont like an anemone. what do you they are? I read about something similar in another thread but forgot were it was.
Also, i posted a thread about some white tiny bugs floating around, they look dead but i have been adjusting my water flow and think i am stirring them up.
my question is do you think its from the water flow or are they just dying and WHY??????

The unidentified on your LR may be "Q-tip sponges", there's a pic in the hitchhiker thread.
the suspended ones may be pod moltings/coverings?!. are they more clear (see-through) or are they more white colored? exactly how big are they?

i looked on hitchhiker thread, it is the Q-tip sponge. thanks alot. as far as teh pods, i hope thier copeopods, is it normal for them to molt???

Your welcome, I believe they do molt and that it is normal, but maybe someone who knows for sure can enlighten us. I see them in my tank from time to time.
