Little White Spots

I have these little white specs on the back glass, they look like a tiny swirls. I'm pretty sure they aren't snails, I have some babies and that's not what these look like. Any ideas? I can't get a picture, it would just look like hundreds of tiny specs.

Without a detailed picture I can only guess. They sound like Spirorbidae worms.

Do they sometimes have little wavy fronds that come out on them?

Thats them. Should I just scrape them off? Are they bad? They are also on the live rock.
