Little White Things on Glass

There's little white things crawing on my glass, what are these things? My cleaner shrimp died too.

could be anything really the discription is pretty vague 90% of what you will see is part of the micro fauna that you will see more and more of till a preditor of them is added to the tank. nothing to worry about though.
on the shrimp how did you acclimate it and what are your water parameters.

copepods on your glass. Beneficial algae eaters and your fish will seek them out to eat. What do your keep your specific gravity at? Shrimp need higher levels around 1.024-1.026.

may not have died but molted if thats they case it will find a safe place to hide for a few days while the exoskeleton hardens so its not vulnerable anymore.

all fish will but they may or may not be copepods they could be worms or mysis shrimp or any number of other things.
there are a few fish that eat only or mainly copepods like mandarins or scooters and seahorse all of which are specialized feeders and hard to care for.

what do they look like?
as far as what temp I keep my tank 79-80 degrees recomended 76-80 as long as its a steady temperature.
